GUARANTEED EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM |
This program has been designed and tailored for the pilot directly out of flight school who holds the commercial license with instrument and multiengine ratings and wishes to pursue a career with the regional jet airlines in the most expeditious manner. The program’s concept is based on transitioning the low time commercial pilot from the flight school directly to a regional airline utilizing turbine twin engine aircraft coupled with the industry’s most modern state of the art computer based regional jet training program. American Eagle will provide airfare to and from the interview. The following schedule is how the program works:
- Pilot candidate will fill out an Eagle Jet International application and an on line American Eagle application.
- Eagle Jet International will notify American Eagle that you are indeed an Eagle Jet International pilot.
- American Eagle will then verify your name with Eagle Jet International.
- After verification, American Eagle will schedule you for an interview.
- Eagle Jet International will thoroughly prep you for the American Eagle interview.
- If the pilot candidate from Eagle Jet International passes the American Eagle interview, American Eagle will issue the pilot candidate a conditional letter of hire pending the completion of the Eagle Jet International airline prep program.
- The duration of the airline prep program will take approximately 180 days to complete.
- After a successful interview and completing the Eagle Jet International 250 hour turbine program, the pilot will be placed in a pilot pool with American Eagle and will be one of the first new hired pilots when American Eagle begins adding pilots again.
