Passenger or Cargo Air Carrier Turboprop First Officer Permanent Employment
Paid About $2,000 to $3,500 Per Month in About 8 Months.
Must Be US Citizen or Hold US Work Permit

Once you have graduated with the FAA Commercial Pilot License with Instrument and Multiengine Ratings with our FAA Part 141 certified established and professional aviation academy partner, Eagle Jet International will then provide you with up to 3 interviews with some of our FAA Part 135 certified air carrier partners so you can be employed full time as a First Officer flying high performance multi turbine commercial aircraft instead of becoming a flight instructor on light single engine piston aircraft.  Eagle Jet International has provided First Officer employment to pilots right upon graduating from flight school with our FAA Part 135 air carrier partners for the past 22 years.  As of January 2019, Eagle Jet International has been able to have pilots employed by one of its air carrier partners after only 1 or 2 interviews.  Once you meet the ATP flight time requirements, you will then be able to join a Part 121 airline operating regional jets or heavy turboprop aircraft.

Flight schools only offer their graduates to pay for their flight instructor training; they do not offer air carrier multi engine First Officer employment to their graduates.

Flight time already completed and the Private Pilot License if already obtained before joining the APP are credited and a personalized training breakdown and quote is issued by our aviation academy partner.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Application

Email copy of your resume to info@eaglejet.com.  If your resume is approved, you will then need to obtain the FAA First Class Medical with the FAA certified medical examiner of your choice.

2. Flight Academy

Pilots attend full time training with a flight academy based in San Diego, California.  Southern California offers the best weather conditions for full time professional flight training resulting in no or little time wasted due to weather.

The flight academy is a large and established FAA Part 141 certified flight school specialized in commercial pilot training and is also a European EASA certified flight academy.

Over a 7 to 9 month full time training program, pilots obtain the FAA Private Pilot License, Instrument Rating, Commercial Pilot License and Multiengine Rating followed by a 1 day High Performance Endorsement and a 5 day Turbine Transition Course so pilots are well prepared to be employed as a turboprop First Officer during commercial operations.

Pilots must graduate from the APP Flight Academy Phase to be provided with employment interviews with our air carrier partners and be guaranteed up to 3 interviews.

3. Multi Turboprop First Officer Employment

Upon completion of the Turbine Transition Course, you will be advised which air carrier First Officer positions are available with corresponding details so you can advise which positions you first wish to apply for.

Eagle Jet International will provide you and will prepare you for your first interview with one of our air carrier partners.  Should the first interview not be satisfactory, Eagle Jet International will provide you and prepare you for your second interview.  As of January 2019, every pilot has been hired upon taking 1 or 2 interviews.  Should the second interview not be satisfactory, Eagle Jet International will provide you and prepare you for your third interview.  Should the third interview not be satisfactory, it will be at Eagle Jet International's sole discretion to decide if one or more interviews will be provided.

Upon satisfactory interview, pilot is responsible for the corresponding training cost which as of January 2019 varies between about $14,000 and $19,700 depending on the air carrier and the turbine commercial aircraft.

Once qualified as a First Officer on a turbine commercial aircraft, pilots start receiving their employment package from the air carrier which includes a gross monthly salary of about $2,000 to $3,500 as of January 2019 depending on the aircraft and the air carrier.

Once hired as a First Officer by one of Eagle Jet International's air carrier partners, pilots also have the option to become a Cadet with the largest Part 121 regional jet airline in the USA: SkyWest Airlines.  Among various benefits including preferential application for employment once pilot meets the ATP flight time requirements, SkyWest Airlines is reimbursing pilots $15,000 of the Eagle Jet International air carrier training fee once hired by SkyWest Airlines.

Thanks to the air carrier multi turbine First Officer experience pilots gain on high performance turbine aircraft during commercial operations instead of general aviation experience on light single engine piston aircraft, APP graduates are highly sought after by the Part 121 regional airlines with most of them currently offering attractive signing bonuses once pilots meet the ATP flight time requirements.
